Holidays are filled with joy and celebration! Our Academy is festooned with corations and symbols of the season. The Final year students of the Culinary Academy of India always do a little extra to add to the festivity of each season. This year, as part of our Christmas celebrations, we prepared an elaborate X’mas Gala Buffet which includes cold cuts of meat, suckling pig, pate’s, terrines, oast turkey which will be presented keeping in mind the latest international culinary trends. The dessert section witness the classical Yule log, croquembouche, Christmas pudding with a blend of new Turistic pastries amidst other yummy offerings.
This year, we have planned the Gala Buffet in a very contemporary theme yet meeting WACS international standards. It will really be an event one would hate to miss. Butter sculptures, fruit & vegetable carvings and bakery & pastry showpieces add bliss to the appearance a very special and memorable Gala Buffet lunch on Thursday, 22nd December, 2011 at CULINARY ACADEMY OF INDIA.
