GALA BUFFET-2017

 

Brand CAI celebrated the Christmas gala Buffet on Saturday, 23rd December, 2017 from 1pm onwards. With consecutive World records set in the last two Christmas celebrations. ‘Longest Cold Meat Platter of the World- 2015’ and ‘Most number of Cakes displayed at a single venue – 2016’ ….Brand CAI was attempted a Guinness World record this year for making the Tallest Cup cake Christmas tree of the world. The X-Mas tree measuring 57feet (17.5 meters approx.) tall with 51 branches. The branches designed like tiers were hold more than 7500 Cup Cakes. The Cup Cakes were have 3 different sizes and more than 20 natural flavours. The structure would weigh approximately 2 tons. The total weight of the cup cakes would be around 850 kgs. The cup cakes have flavours like chocolate, red velvet, strawberry, lemon, pineapple, orange, mocha, coconut, pistachio & so on and piped with various icings. The Cup Cakes will be intricately decorated with components like sugar paste flowers, edible Christmas goodies, chocolate butterflies, edible sprinklers, M&M’s, etc. Around 100 budding chefs from final years & post graduates under the guidance of experienced faculty, trainers & allumni worked on the structure for a week in advance and produced the fresh cup cakes in 48 working hours rotating in shifts to give the best quality product in huge numbers. The whole display is going to be a vibrant & wonderful saga of colorful cup cakes arranged in a symmetry sitting on the Christmas tree.
