BRAND CAI Conducts Faculty Skills Exchange Program for the Chef Instructors of IHM, Hyderabad 2015

 

Senior Chef Instructors of Brand CAI conducted a week long Faculty development program for the chef instructors of IHM, Hyderabad. The objective behind conducting this program was to educate the faculty with the latest trends and techniques followed in various sections of the kitchen in the industry. The program included sugar confectionery, plating trends in the pastry, Bread art and Artisan Breads, Multiple European Bulk Plating, Sushi Making, Flavors of Thai, Mediterranean Fare, Upcoming Telangana Cuisine and Secrets of the Indian sweets. The participants were enthusiastic and happy to have learnt so much in a short duration of six days 29th June, 2015 to 04th July, 2015.
