The “Ready for Excellence” Course of the Costa Cruiselines are designed for the new as well as the experimented crew/Staff members who embark on a Costa Cruise Ship.The Courses are first of its kind in the Cruise industry and specific to each department of a Cruise ship.

The Ready for Excellence Courses are designated to help the Perspective crew members understand and orient themselves towards Costa culture,values,mission and vision.It also indicates a sense of confidence towards a challenging life of working on board a cruiseship.These courses make an individual move from being a good crew –member to a great crew member.This feeling itself makes one say”yes” and from here you are on a path to Excellence.
