Keeping this in mind Costa Crociere, an Italian company leader cruise Group in Europe and South America, member of the Carnival Corporation & plc Group, the world’s cruise industry leader, in association with Culinary Academy of India, has designed a unique 4 months integrated program – ‘PREPARATORY COURSE AS COSTA CRUISE CHEF ’. Candidates holding a degree / diploma in Hotel Management with a passion for cooking food will be given advanced inputs as cruise Chef. Hands on practical exposure will also be provided where the candidate will be trained on the corporate menu cycles as followed by Costa Crociere onboard their ships. USPH & HACCP will be given utmost importance and it will be mandatory for everybody to adhere to their norms & guidelines as well as to the Environmental Compliance Plan, specifically applicable in the Galley operations. On successful certification, candidates will be absorbed at 2nd Cook level with a transparent career path and offered placement in any of the 10 cruise ships of Costa Crociere sailing all around the world. The position offered will involve a lot of responsibility and demand for leadership and authority. The position will be in any of the sections of the Galley viz. Sauce, fish, vegetable, roast, soup, Breakfast, Pantry, etc. |
