Dear Student,

 

The food industry offers an incredibly bright future and has been the most consistent industry in terms of growth, employment generation and individual career advancement unlike the IT and other industries food industry has been supporting 20% of the world’s existing jobs and the demand for qualified, trained and skilled personnel has always been on the increase. Also the careers in this industry are highly stable ,rewarding and highly enterprising.

 

With a modest beginning in 1996 Culinary Academy of India has now blossomed into a full- fledged global Culinary Academy and offers internationally focused programs. Emulating the American Education system and adopting the European Apprenticeship modules the curriculum was meticulously drafted and are updated from time to time. The objectives of imparting education with creativity and keeping the curriculum more adaptable to the local industry needs is the priority in the curriculum design. Education imparted should and will strategically meet the international employment requirements as the core of curriculum is essentially global and highly industry oriented.

 

Our programs provide hands on practical skill development under renowned chef –instructors, general management and leadership capabilities are inculcated through group tasks presentations and the low instructor-student ratio has always brought in high degree of interaction and participation. The impact of this innovative teaching methodology has made Culinary Academy of India (CAI) a quality source of trained skilled personal not only in India but internationally. CAI strongly fosters and natures human values, professional, ethics and self-discipline amongst its students which will definitely help not only them but the nation and a world as a whole.

 

Since its inception in 1996 CAI has always nurtured a dream to become a leader in Culinary Education with a global vision.
