it's BRAND CAI'S FLAVOURS THE WORLD FRUIT MIXING CEREMONY

 
 

 

 

BRAND CAI celebrated the traditional occasion of the annual Christmas fruit mixing ceremony on 23rd November 2017 with the same aura & enthusiasm and in our unique style to welcome the Christmas season. Brand CAI is known to bring in innovative ideas to mark the importance of the occasion & we did so yet again. The theme this year was the Brand CAI-Flavours the World. The academy now 21 years young has students all around the globe spreading the culinary trade. Very recently we have also been ranked amongst the top ten global Culinary Schools of the World. To celeberate this wonderful and motivating news we decided to create a world map to denote our global success.Each continent was depicted in its real form using the Christmas fruits. Around 50kg of nuts like tutty fruity, walnuts, raisins, sultanas, black currants, cashewnuts, candied peels etc.., were used to create the map. The nuts were then soaked with 20ltrs of spirits & spiced up with cinnamon, star anise, cloves, ginger & cardamom powder. Mr Michele Prevedello (Executive Chef, Park Hyatt, Hyderabad),kindly consented to be the Chief Guest for the occasion with special invitee Mr Daniele Macioce (Chef De Cuisine, Park Hyatt, Hyderabad) and guest of honour Mr Bomi H Patel (CEO, Bompat Recruiters). “BRAND CAI – Flavours the world” as the mixture of these dry fruits & nuts will be used to make over 500 cakes prepared by our very own budding chefs ,which would in turn be distributed amongst the crème de la crème of the hospitality industry, media personnel and our well wishers.
