In connection with the "INTERNATIONAL CHEF'S DAY",Hands in Hospitality organised the Intercollegiate Chef Competition at Taj Banjara, Hyd. There were over 100 budding chefs from 12 different colleges and BRAND CAI was one among them. CAI bagged Gold in all the Student Categories viz Indian Regional Cuisine, Classical European Cuisine & Gateaux/Cake. CAI Faculty Chef Mohit Jaggi and Chef Sharvya have also bagged Gold Medals in the Professional Category in Classical European Cuisine and Gateaux/Cake. There were almost 300 entries from various hotels, stand alone restaurants and Confectioneries.
