Six months Diploma in Pastry, Confectionery & Bakery is an intensive course spread over 22 weeks for aspiring chefs who are immersed in a professional culinary environment that match true, modern and professional kitchens of today. Students sharpen their Pastry & Baking Skills as the focus is on learning to deliver the popular Pastry, Confectionery & Bakery Products for today’s consumers. This course is the first ever course designed with enough research for people who do not have any prior knowledge about the Pastry and Baking industry. Eligibility Criteria

1.Academic Requirements:

Indian citizens living anywhere in the country can apply for this course to make a career in Pastry, Bakery and Confectionery. Aspiring candidate should be least 18 years of age and have knowledge of English. There is no maximum age limit. He /she should have completed his/her 12 th standard.

2.International Applicants:

Non Resident Indians (NRIs) and foreign national students should submit all relevant documents along with the course application. The process of admission for these students will be handled the college following the due process laid down by the government for enrolling foreign students for short term courses

1.Notification:

An admission notification is published on our online website. The notice is usually published in May/June and November/ December each year . All interested candidates will have to complete the enrollment process accordingly.

2.Application Form

The application form for the Six Months Diploma in Pastry, Confectionery & Bakerycan be availed directly at the Academy’s Administration Office. The application form has a fee of Rs.1,000/- (One Thousand Indian Rupees Only) payable in cash or via a demand draft drawn in favour of Paragon Education Society, payable at Hyderabad or through online payment using ……./.

3.Eligibility

Please ensure that you meet all the eligibility requirements mentioned above.

4.Selection:

After all application forms are submitted, candidates that meet our entry criteria will be undergoing an entrance test and will be interviewed online. Date will be intimated as and when it is finalized. The selection process includes an Entrance Examination and an individual online interview -. Only 30 candidates will be enrolled twice in a year in the months of April/May and October/November. We wish you all the best!


Curriculum

The Six Months duration will includes 75% of practical hands-on training and 25% theory. The course will have a minimum of 22 weeks of Instruction and the balance time will be used for various evaluation procedures to arrive at the final certification.
