Brand Cai wins 1st Runner Up Trophy at Amul Culinary Challenge -2022

On 19th November, Amul has organized a Culinary Challenge for professional category. Our students Tenzin Chemi and Harshvardhan have participated in the competition. The competition was to showcasing skills of cooking using Amul products. The competition was held at Ramanath Payade College of Hospitality studies. Our students have been awarded  with 1st Runner up Trophy. They prepared  " Amuleshwari" a very unique combination of Ghewar and gulab jamnu presented using modern food plating techniques. Judges were amazed with presentation of food and have appreciated our candidate to keep doing good work.
