NIRAJ PUBLIC SCHOOL students visist CAI-2015

Student’s of NIRAJ PUBLIC SCHOOL,HYDERABAD, visited Culinary Academy of India.Students were lead by their Home Science teacher Ms Noureen Fatima and the students were taken on a college tour by Ms Margaret Mrinalini,Hygiene and Sanitation-Faculty Member of Culinary Academy of India. The Students had an opportunity to see the kitchens of Culinary Academy of India and to know about Professional cooking.It was amazing experience for the students to see the artistic side of cooking and they got to know the intricacies involved in churining out good food. They were enthralled by seeing the the Post Graduate Students who were working on intricate three dimensional Ice sculptures.Final year students demonstrated the fine are of hot food plating and edible sculpture.They got to see the fine art of chocolate sculpting which is seldom seen in India.Pastillage and sugar work showpieces were displayed in the kitchens for them to know how important is food decoration when it comes to creating the “VISUAL IMPACT”.Finally the students of Niraj thanked TEAM CAI for giving them an opportunity to visit the academy and an insight into the Culinary world.
