RUN UP FOR INTERNATIONAL YEAR OF MILLETS 2023

On the Occasion of the Hon. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi's bday, a wonderful initiative was taken by the Dept. of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Indian council of Agricultural Research, Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, Nutrihub, ICAR-Indian Institute of Millets Research, International Crops Research Institute for the Semi Arid Tropics, IFFCO to have a conference on Millets as a Run up for International Year of Millets 2023. The Indian Federation of Culinary Associations proudly honoured to partner in promoting the use of millets in our local diet. Chef Akshay Kulkarni, Head of Culinary Operations , Brand CAI hosted the Seminar on behalf of IFCA. Chef Manjit Singh Gill, Chef Madhu Krishnan, Chef Gunjan Goila and Many other chefs from the Star hotels of Hyderabad actively participated in the seminar.
