Culinary Academy Of India visits GITAM UNIVERSITY - 2022

On 9th and 10th November 2022, a field trip to GITAM UNIVERSITY, SANGAREDDY  was organized for the students of First year BCT&CA. The objective of this field trip was to visit their centralized and satellite kitchen and to understand their culinary operation. The students saw various major and minor equipment which assist their head chef to prepare 7000 meals per day which breakfast,  lunch, supper and dinner.
