I Cook with Thomas Gugler - 2022

The South India Culinary Association joined hands with SRM College of Hotel Management and Chefs Table Studio to Celebrate International Chefs Day on the 20th October, 2022. The event was conducted at SRM College Chennai and themed “I cook with Thomas Gugler”. Chef Gugler is the President of the World Association of Chefs Societies. It is a privilege for a young student to get an opportunity to be sharing a platform with such eminent chefs of the industry at such a young age. Team Brand CAI sent five of its best Post Graduate Students for this event. They were shortlisted based on a plate presentation competition conducted amongst the batch. All the Stalwart Chefs from SICA were present at the event. It was a great learning experience for the students.
