International year of Millet's 2023

To Celebrate Millets and to nurture the spirit of one earth, one family, and one future, the ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Government of India organized the Global Millets (Shree Anna) Conference in the gracious presence of the Honorable Prime Minister of India Shri Narendra Modi on Sturday,18th March,2023 at Subramanian Hall ,NASC Complex, Pusa , New Delhi. 

Chef Akshay Kulkarni, Head of the Department, Culinary Academy of India was amongst the forty odd Chefs from India invited for the conference on behalf of The Indian Federation of Culinary Associations. IFCA launched the book Milletology on this occasion and it was graced by the President of World Association of Chefs Societies Chef Thomas Guggler and Chef Manjit Gill, the president of IFCA.
