This year BRAND CAI used the services of  Mr. Arvind Mittal from Expressions, Pune. He is the first batch student of the Prestigious IHM,Hyderabad graduated in the year 1986. He has worked with the Andhra Pradesh Tourism, The Oberoi Towers, Mumbai, Oman Sheraton and CMC Limited. He got involved in  Training since the year 2000.As a trainer , he has been associated with The Club Mahindra, The Park Hotel, The Taj Mahal Hotel, Orange County Resorts, Ecole Hotelier, Wyndham Hotels, ISB Hyderabad and many other corporate institutions across India. who conducted these type of   workshops. With his extensive experience in the hospitality industry this type of specific and targeted  training was  well-suited to guide the students in developing their soft skills .Students technical skill are already being taken care by the global curriculum being followed at the academy.

The 80-hour personality development program sounds very comprehensive and well-rounded. Covering areas such as soft skills, verbal and non-verbal communication, grooming, resume writing, group discussions, personal interviews, presentations, and cultivating a positive attitude is essential for students aiming to succeed in the competitive hospitality industry. It's wonderful to hear that students came out of the program feeling more confident are  well-poised to excel in their careers in major hotel organizations, cruise liners, premium restaurants, and other hospitality establishments around the world.
