BRAND CAI ANNUAL AWARDS – 2023 is a significant event that recognizes and celebrates the achievements of culinary professionals in India. BRAND CAI has been recognizing culinary professionals in India since 2018 for their outstanding contributions to the culinary profession and the industry. This year, the event took place on August 27, 2023, at the Tusker's Institute in Secunderabad.
Chef Sudhair Sibal, a member of the Executive Board of the Indian Federation of Culinary Associations (IFCA), a known personality for his active participation in global and national culinary bodies agreed to be the Chief Guest. Mr. Bomi H Patell, International Guidance Cell Member of the Paragon Educational Society and a well-known Cruise Recruiter in India, was the Guest of Honour for the event.
Chef Guptha, former Vice President of ITDC Hotels, and Chef Subramanian Vishwanathan, a leading Chef Consultant with over 40 years of experience in various culinary segments and Chef Subramanian Vishwanathan a leading Chef Consultant with almost four decades of service to the culinary industry in various segments such as luxury hotels, leading Cruiselines, Corporate Catering, QSR’s, Consultancy received the BRAND CAI Lifetime Achievement Award.
Chef Baranidaran, Founder & CCO of Chefs Imprint, with extensive experience in global cuisine, food operations, and manufacturing across multiple countries, was awarded the BRAND CAI Culinary Icon Award.
Chef Manoj Patkar, Associate Professor at the School of Hospitality Management at AURO University, Gujarat, received the BRAND CAI Culinary Educator of the Year Award for his impressive career both in the industry and culinary education.

The evening was well planned and the students of Culinary Academy of India have displayed an around performance by planning, executing and managing the entire event by themselves.All the guests were surprised to see the talent displayed by the students in the cultural program and all the guests really appreciated the wide range of food serves along with innovative mocktails.
