Fruit Mixing Ceremony - 2023

We are sharing some exciting news with all of  you regarding the recent Fruit mixing ceremony that took place at Brand CAI on Wednesday, 06th December, 2023. As you may know, this ceremony is an annual tradition at Brand CAI, and this year was no exception. The soaked fruits from the ceremony will be used to create the beloved classic Plum pudding during the upcoming Christmas season. It’s always a delight to see this tradition continue and bring joy to everyone. In addition to the Plum pudding, a gift hamper filled with various goodies and a cake will be distributed to all the well-wishers of Brand CAI. It’s a small gesture to express our gratitude and appreciation for their support throughout the year. 

What made this year’s ceremony even more special was the involvement of the New Class of our 6-month Pastry and Bakery course at the academy. These talented students took the lead in handling the ceremony, showcasing their skills and dedication. They truly were our heroes for the event, and we are incredibly proud of their hard work. We wanted to share this news with you as you have been a valued well-wisher of Brand CAI. Your support and encouragement have meant a lot to us, and we are grateful to have you as a part of our community.
