NOVOTEL Campus Interviews-2024

The campus placement of Novotel hotels took place on Thursday, 08 February, 2024. The purpose of the visit was to shortlist budding Chefs of the Final year BCT&CA  and the PG in Culinary arts for the Accor Management Training Program INSPIRE. 

The leadership team from Novotel hotels included Ms. Rupal, L&D Manager, Chef Amanna Raju, Executive Chef from Novotel Hyderabad Airport, Mr. Shantanu, L&D Manager, Mercure KCP, and Mr. Manikanta Koppu, L&D Manager, Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre.

During their visit, the leadership team was impressed with the quality of the students, as they found them to be at par with the industry requirements. In order to cater to their culinary requirements in the future, Novotel hotels have signed an MOU with Brand CAI. 

Overall, the campus placement of Novotel hotels was successful, and they were able to identify potential candidates for their Accor Management Training Program INSPIRE.
