Throughout the course, they have learned a variety of skills that will serve them well in their future career. They have mastered the art of creating delicate pastries, decadent confections, and delicious baked goods.They have learned how to work with different types of dough, how to temper chocolate, and how to decorate cakes and pastries with precision and creativity

In addition to their technical skills, they have also developed important soft skills that are essential in a professional kitchen. They have learned how to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, how to communicate effectively with their colleagues, and how to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. They have also gained a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices, ensuring that they can work safely and responsibly in a kitchen setting. As they move forward in their career as a pastry or bakery assistant, we advise them to continue learning and growing.
