This HERE FOR YOU COSTA HOUSE KEEPING STEWARD/ESS training is designed to cover the protocols and procedures needed on the ship while working in the Accommodation Department.
It talks about the technical aspects such as use of chemicals used in various cleaning procedures , PPE and machinery, right postures and methods to be applied while working. The content explains in detail the responsibilities and duties of his/her specific role as housekeeping stewards / stewardesses.
The main activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuum cleaning, public toilet cleaning, bucket system, garbage segregation and disposal, and room services duties are taught in theory as well as practiced in practical sessions. The crew is also made aware of the hygiene and sanitation protocols, uniform and grooming standards as well as the importance of environmental compliance and security awareness.
