THE LARGEST CHOCOLATE CHESSBOARD OF THE WORLD

On Monday, December 23, 2024, the Culinary Academy of India, Hyderabad, boldly embarked on its Sixth World Record attempt, celebrating India’s remarkable prowess in the game of Chess. This monumental endeavor was a heartfelt tribute to the champions of the sport, including the legendary Mr. Vishwanathan Anand and the prodigious talent Mr. Gukesh, along with countless others who have elevated India’s standing in the chess world.

On this momentous day, Team Brand CAI unveiled the WORLD’S LARGEST CHESSBOARD, masterfully crafted from over 550 kilograms of rich dark and white chocolate. This stunning 16 Feet x16 Feet( 256 Sq. Ft.) masterpiece featured an extraordinary king coin towering at 3 feet, showcasing unparalleled artistry and innovation. The base of the sculpture was constructed from solid chocolate slabs, while the coins were meticulously reinforced with ‘Armature’ for stability. Each coin was a testament to precision and skill, handcrafted with unwavering dedication. The greatest challenge lay in maintaining the ideal temperature for these delicate sculptures, as chocolate tends to soften in warmer conditions. Over 50 aspiring chefs and 10 Senior Chef Instructors worked tirelessly for an astounding 96 hours, day and night, to bring this colossal creation to life.
