The Culinary Academy of India* hosted the *first-ever Bocuse d’Or India National Selection* on 8–10 June 2026, chosen by IFCA for this landmark event. Brand CAI powered the battle to find the *One Chef* who will represent India at the *Bocuse d’Or Asia Pacific in China*.
