INDIAN STREET FOOD -BY ONE AND HALF YEAR CRAFT COURSE CERTIFICATION IN FOOD PRODUCTION-2017

Students of one and half year craft course certification in food production (CCCFP) did chaat counter theme for Indian street food practical. For proper understanding of the most important aspect of food festivals in hotel industry. The marked for creativity, ambiance, traditional food in typical street food style. As part of total road side experience the students handling the service were to be yet traditional attires. The additional aspects such as music and craft were also part of complete evaluation process. Our restaurant(flavours) was completely transformed like a road street cart situated on many of the cahupati which serves local street CHAAT PATA . The menu had Samosa, kachori, ragda, dahibhalla, samosa chaat, kachori chaat, ragada chaat, aloo tikki, pav bhaji, pani puri, bhel puri, etc. Each and everyone at the restaurant had a great street style experience.
