Students of 3rd semester BCT&CA Students did ” Dhaba ( Punjabi) Theme” For Indian Regional Bulk cooking Practical Internal Exam.For a proper understanding of the most important aspect of Food Festivals in Hotel Industry the students are marked for creativity, ambiance, traditional food in typical Punjabi Dhaba style. As part of total Punjabi Experience, the students handling the service were to be traditional Punjabi attires.The additional aspects such as music and crafts were also part of the complete evaluation process. Our Restaurant ( Flavors) was completely transformed like a road side Dhaba Restaurant situated on any of the highways which serves local Punjabi chat pata food . The guest were welcomed with traditional Punjab style with Lassi . The menu had…Achari arbi ,Murgh malai tikka ,Vegetable jhalfrezy, Saundhe aloo ,Butter chiken, Dhaba mutton, Palak paneer, Dal tadka, Vegetable pulao,Jeera rice,Lassi and phirni Each and everyone who was at the restaurant for the lunch had a great home style Punjabi experience.
