A workshop on Pastry & Confectionery Centerpieces for students of Post Graduate Diploma in Culinary Arts is being held at the academy. The workshop is being conducted by Chef Amaresan Jodhiswar Pastry chef recknowed Sea Dream Yatch Club, Norway. He has vast experience of 22 years which includes 12yrs of cruise exposure, 3 years of teaching in India’s top most culinary school & also in world class hotel chains. He has won many laurels &accolades for his work in pastry confectionery arts. Through this workshop the students will get hands on experience of working with different confectionery mediums like Chocolate, Gum Paste, Sugar work & Nougatine under his guidance. This 3 weeks the students get to practically understand the intricacies of handling chocolate, making pull sugar & blow sugar, working with nougatine, handling the gum paste & making showpieces out of these mediums which will help them improve their artistic skills & also give an advantage of knowing this skill well in advance even before they join the industry.
