WORKSHOP ON THREE DIMENSIONAL EDIBLE SCLUPTURES BY CHEF VEERA RAGHAVAN - 2016

The Culinary Academy of India conducted a Butter Carving Workshop on the 5th, 6th and 7th of April 2016. The workshop was headed by renowned Chef Veera Raghavan. The 3rd Year BCT&CA students and PGDCA students attended the workshop. The workshop revolved around an Oriental theme throughout the three days, with a Pagoda, Dragon and a Buddha statue being made. Chef Veera Raghavan demonstrated to the students his technique and skill used in butter carving.
