WACS JUDGING SEMINAR EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION-2015 and CHEF RICK's CULINARY WORKSHOP on 12th,13th and 14th June-2015 held at GRT GRAND,Chennai

The Indian Federation of Culinary Associations conducted the WACS Judging Seminar for Chefs to be qualified as Certified Jury Members for culinary competitions being conducted all over the globe. Chef Rick Stephen the WACS Continental Director of Asia,Certified Master Chef and Executive Chef of SATS Limited conducted the Education and Certification seminar at GRT Chennai.

Chef Sudhakar N Rao, Director/Principal, BRAND CAI was one of the participants short listed for the seminar by SICA. It is a proud moment for him and Brand CAI as he adds one more feather to his cap of being identified to be groomed as a future WACS certified judge. This seminar will now enable him to groom his team of chef instructors and in turn the budding chefs to compete at an international level in the years to come.
